Job Requisition ID #23WD74469Position Overview The People Services Advisor is an integral part of our Regional People Services team and delivers all Tier 2 employee life-cycle processes and general HR services. You will partner with our People Consulting team, COE, Legal, Finance, Procurement and Vendors to deliver a great experience to our employees and ensuring our HR processes are well-oiled for compliance and effectiveness. You are a local subject matter expert in HR Operations, Benefits Administration, HR Compliance, Statutory Reporting and Vendor Management.You will report to the EMEA Manager, People Services. This is a hybrid role, a mix between home and office working.This is a 1 year fixed term contract.Responsibilities:You will be the contact for enquires/service request routing from Tier 1. Escalation point for Tier 1.You will deliver all onboarding to offboarding services for employees.You will assist in local employee communications.You will support in ensuring payroll inputs accuracy, reliability and completeness. Important partner to the Payroll team.You will manage the benefit and leave administration, including registration/de-registration, benefits contracts renewals/review, documentation, invoicing & payments.You will ensure HR reporting is compliant with country required statutory and regulatory reportingYou will manage and have oversight of up-to-date SOPs, process flows, guidelines, and internal documentation, ensuring quality assurance.You will work with third-party vendors to monitor SLA achievements and employee experience for all local administration of benefits and providing feedback & suggestions to COE for improvement.You will work with the People Services Manager and the People Consulting Manager to ensure a smooth transition on local issues and ensure clarity on when the team should hand over or escalate.You will be the first contact for all local government agencies/labor authorities for any HR enquires or data request.Minimum Qualifications 3+years experience working in a HR environmentExperience working across EMEA with an understanding of employment legislation/ practicesWorking in a multi-national environment, and fast-moving services businesses with a Shared Service model is advantageousFamiliarity of HR functions and processes across at least one functional area of Human Resources which may include Operations, Benefits, Compliance or PayrollProactive, driven, and team player who is also able to work independently under high pressure situationsPassionate about identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, providing recommendations on suggested approachesHigh integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all timesStrong Excel skillsExperience of HR systems such as Workday and supporting tools such as Service Now#LI-MB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
