If yes, you may be a good fit for Autodesk's Sales Operations Services organization in the Program Specialist role. A Program Specialist provides support to your Organization Managers, ensuring programs are executed successfully. You will coordinate the activities resources to facilitate the successful completion of the partner agreements programs and all related ongoing projects. You will also help provide 1st level support to Global Channel and Sales Operations teams while keeping processes and flows documentation up to date. We ask that you have to work with Global Channel, Legal, Sales Operations, Enterprise Systems & Experience and Sales Automation & Analytics. Principal Responsibilities Report program metrics and trends to assist Organization Manager with program assessment/evaluation. Analyze data, interpret results. Raise flags about potential issues with Organization Manager. Suggest solutions and implement, if appropriate.Contribute to program strategy, design, development, and implementation. Assist Organization Manager with preparing a variety of presentations to support the program objectives.Maintain and revise procedures to ensure efficient operation of the program/project, which may include processes for renewing contracts, processing applications, monitoring and tracking performance, special mailing service, etc.Can assist Channel with external partners registration and contractual related communications. Assist with new partner application and contract renewal processes globally. Analyze performance of processes and provide support to Global Partners Programs.Assist the Partner Agreements team in all partners contract management activities. Author and edit contractual templates and coordinate network-wide mailings and electronic communication. Communicate and serve as liaison with team members and cross-organization stakeholders on a variety of issues.Collect information from team regarding status of action items. Update automated program tracking tool with new information. Ensure that 3rd party Apps such as DocuSign and Conga (which are integrated in Salesforce) related processes and functionalities are performing as intended. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent3+ years of experience in program management - CRM environment2+ years of experience managing complex global projects, and experience managing partner contractual activities in SFDCExperience working with versatile global teamsSome travel required.You work in Hybrid work environment The Ideal Candidate You will report to Sales Ops Manager and are passionate about process improvements - You want to help others perform better.
