JOB DUTIES: Installation, integration and deployment of the SailPoint SaaS products in client environments. Communicating to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation. Post-sales requirements gathering, analysis and documentation. Working with clients post implementation for user testing, debugging, support and maintenance. Managing project scope, schedule, status and documentation. Developing and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate SailPoint implementation partners. Requires 35% domestic travel.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related and 5 years of experience as a developer or an engineer within a software company or systems integrator. 3 of the 5 years to include enterprise software implementation. 1 of the 5 years to include Programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, Visual Basic, C#, or SQL; Web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, REST, Web and Application Servers, or HTML; Setting up and installing software on Windows or Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, or AIX) platforms; Databases: (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, or MySQL); Directories: LDAP or AD; Working directly with clients and partners; and QA usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts or test plans.OTHER: Work Site: 11120 Four Points Drive, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78726 or any home office throughout the U.S.; 40 hours/week;#LI-DNISailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.
