Indirect MPS Product ManagerDescription -We are looking for a Product Manager to drive our Managed Print Services offerings to the market. The candidate will be responsible for working closely with our sales, client services and operations teams to define, develop and deploy technology-enabled services that are sold through HP’s channel partners. The position is unique and core to our key value proposition of managed services.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze current managed services offerings, productize services, and create new service offeringsCreate a short-, mid- and long-term strategy to drive managed services and maximize value delivered to customersWork cross-functionally with sales, client services, operations, software product managers, and data science to define managed services scope, pricing and delivery optionsDevelop deep understanding of current customers, market landscape, and develop strategies to position managed services as value-add and differentiatorAnalyze and document our operational and technology differentiators relative to competitionUnderstand delivery cost structures and create pricing modelsWork with marketing to develop positioning, sales tools and customer-facing documents, such as Scope of Service descriptionsPerform competitive analysis to set future direction of managed servicesREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in related engineering field or equivalentAt least 4 years of product management, services sales, services account management or equivalentStrong knowledge of the channel GTMAbility to work cross-functionally and lead through influenceStrong problem solving and analytical skillsExperience in performing market research for a services or product lineExperience defining and documenting product requirements for both technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated ability to be both strategic and hands-onEducation and Experience Required: Typically 7+ years to demonstrate expertise of Service Business Management.Advanced experience in several of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting or business planning prior to taking business management role.Sales and services entityJob -ServicesSchedule -Part timeShift -No shift premium (Spain)Travel -50%Relocation -Not SpecifiedEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
