At HP, the future is yours to create!The Global, Business Personal Systems Product Marketing Team is responsible for driving the overall strategy across the Commercial product lifecycle and enable Markets to grow sales by aligning product positioning org-wide and developing incremental, product-specific content before, during and after announcement.The role of the Creative Lead is to own, drive, and manage end-to-end creative strategy, projects and workstreams that bring our innovations to life through impactful visual assets to support success of our portfolio before, during and after product announcement.This professional would also serve as our creative expert for the team, developing assets that support internal projects and special initiatives. The qualified candidate would work closely with our key stakeholders like NPI, GTM, 4P/Category and market marketing leads.The ideal candidate would possess a unique mastery in visual and graphic arts, development and production of creative marketing assets and be a recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories and techniques.ResponsibilitiesOwn, lead and manage photoshoots end-to-end working alongside key stakeholders.Responsible for managing rights usage of key assets.Manage creative budget.Develop and manage creative and photoshoot timelines.Work with external agencies and key stakeholders on all aspects of developing videos.Develops and delivers against marketing communications strategies, policies, standards and direction.Develops concepts, mood boards, shot lists and internal and agency briefs.Manage and track deliverables produced within the Product Marketing Team, WW Marketing and external agencies.Contributes to the development and adoption of innovative creative principles and practices across HP. Develops insights-led marketing assets and new product introductions that directly tie into the business goals and objectives, that in turn demonstrate clear ROI and increased brand metrics.Ensure close collaboration with business and regional marketing partners.Champions and continually drives adoption of leading-edge innovative marketing communications techniques across the business.Education and Experience RequiredBachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Master degree or equivalent preferred)Typically, 10+ years of work experience in related fieldKnowledge and SkillsProven track record in the following:Superior project management skills with the ability to run multiple assignments simultaneously.Budget planning and process management accountability and problem solving.Ability to articulately present ideas, making persuasive arguments in presentations.Ability to think creatively while basing ideas in strategy and data.Ability to evaluate data and present findings clearly (proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint) and recommend actions based on that data.Preparing specifications, supporting files and products for internal and external services.Candidate must be resourceful and solution oriented.
