Arch Intern, CPU

We are a team responsible for building embedded RISC-V CPU for NVIDIA GPU and Tegra SOC. We are looking for creative and talented MS or PhD students with EE/CS background to join our summer internship program in research of world class embedded RISC-V core (CPU arch/modeling direction).As a CPU architect you will be able to work together with world-class architects in the industry to explore solutions for our next generation of RISC-V CPU.What you'll be doing:Learn the architecture of the current designWork closely with senior arch to understand the requirements, challenges, research & evaluate different solutions, and finally produce a solution proposal to meet all requirementsDevelop performance models and tests, to validate your proposalWhat we need to see:Bachelors, masters, or PhDs of CS or EE are welcome.Proficient C++ programming and debugging skillsKnowledge of SystemC is a plusPython scripting experience is a plusEnthusiastic and self-starter with good communication skillsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
