Senior Counsel, M&A

The ideal candidate will be experienced in complex M&A transactions, including global public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investment and joint venture transactions.  Experience with IP, employment and antitrust issues are a plus.  The successful candidate will be highly organized and motivated, able to drive deals while working well both as part of a team and independently, with a proven track record of working with senior management.
