The ideal candidate will be experienced in complex M&A transactions, including global public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investment and joint venture transactions.  Experience with IP, employment and antitrust issues are a plus.  The successful candidate will be highly organized and motivated, able to drive deals while working well both as part of a team and independently, with a proven track record of working with senior management. Education and Experience:JD is required5-15 years of law firm or in-house legal department experience requiredAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $153,000 - $255,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time.
