We are guided by a philosophy of contributing to the success of achieving Workday's key business objectives while realizing Workday's core values.We assist Workday in accomplishing its objectives by bringing a detailed approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Workday's operations, governance, risk management, and internal control.About the RoleWorkday, Inc., a leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, is building out the Internal Audit team. We are seeking a Senior Technology Audit Manager to lead the development and associated operations for our audit issue follow-up process. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to work with a variety of teams and learn new technologies. The Senior Technology Audit Manager will be working with all levels of management and the Internal Audit team to ensure management action plans (MAPs) and associated ‘definitions of done’ are clearly articulated and understood.  The Senior Technology Audit Manager will be responsible for working with business partners to ensure a common understanding of issues, risks, remediation status, and validation of issue / MAP closure.   Duties and Responsibilities·       Work with Internal Audit management to assess and improve issue tracking and reporting tools and processes. ·       Continuously seek opportunities for improving issue tracking and risk management ·       Drive data quality and efficiency in Audit issues tracking tools and stakeholder reporting.·       Continue to develop and expand knowledge of technology, the audit profession, our industry, and Workday products through self-study, research, and continuing education efforts.·       Collaborate with Audit team and business partners during the reporting phase of audit to ensure a common understanding of issue resolution requirements.·       Maintain a regular cadence with business partners to ensure audit issue remediation is actively being addressed. ·       Build relationships with business partners by staying close to their radiation efforts, demonstrating that we are available beyond audits and due dates.·       Validate audit issue and MAP closure through walkthroughs and evidence review.·       Continue to develop and expand knowledge of the audit profession, our industry, and Workday products through self-study, research, and continuing education efforts.·       Identify and promote audit processes by using Workday's technology platforms, applications, and capabilities.·       Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with teammates and management, learning and understanding the business to better provide valuable services, establishing credibility as a management consultant and internal controls resource, and ensuring audit client satisfaction.About YouRequired Qualifications:·       Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field·       Minimum of 10 years’ experience in technology audit, information security risk and compliance management, or related field.·       Minimum of 6 years’ experience in public and/or private cloud. software defined infrastructure technology environments, or equivalent.·       Strong technical aptitude with security or relevant experience with networks, operating systems, public cloud architecture, SDLC, etc. Other Qualifications:·       Minimum of 6 years’ experience in diverse technology environments (operating systems, network, third-party applications, and cloud-based applications and platforms).Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
