The RevOps Insights and Innovation group is a key player in fueling this growth by providing thought leadership and unique insights for driving our overall business.About the RoleWe are looking for an exceptional strategist with a background in analytics to help us drive internal innovation at Workday through the use of data and insights. The Insights and Innovation Strategy team is a small group of internal consultants that partners with our stakeholders to operationalize and standardize internally developed data solutions into GTM processes and practices. You will collaborate with functional leaders to find opportunities where our data capabilities can help solve GTM business problems and drive revenue growth. Working closely alongside our Global Revenue Insights and Analytics Innovation Products teams, you will pilot small project teams to design and develop data solutions from concept to delivery that directly impact our growth. This position is ideal for a highly data literate, strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and communications skills.About YouBasic Qualifications5+ years of professional experience working with business analytics and insights3 + years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programsOther QualificationsExperience in the B2B SaaS space preferredConsulting background a big plusExperience with Salesforce and BI tools such as Tableau preferredHigh intellectual curiosity and an entrepreneurial spiritGeneral technical fluency and project management skillsAbility to think strategically, connect the dots and tell a compelling story using dataWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
