The Sr Program Manager of Global Partner Programs will play a pivotal role in the implementation of partner programs that drive the success of partners that provide consulting, implementation and managed services for Workday customers. In conjunction with Partner Management teams, this role will help own the transformational rollout, and future state outlook of impactful programs and incentives needed to drive the ecosystem’s model of partner success. In addition, the Sr Program Manager will review, report and augment metrics / incentives for partners that inform continuous improvements to program benefits, expectations and the ongoing evaluation of program health.This individual will collaborate with cross-functional Sales, Services and product teams within their partners’ sphere of influence to understand current and future partner needs across the globe.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Build & drive strategic project plans for the partner Services track with Workday’s ecosystem of partners Includes program plans, issues, risks, deliverables, achievementsAssist in program rollout operations & process design, and ongoing program execution activitiesEstablish program and financial health metrics that determine partner success and measure the impact of partners on the broader business.Develop and implement programs, initiatives and incentives that drive positive partner and customer outcomesIdentify issues and risks; initiate corrective actions and mitigation strategies as appropriate.Communicate regularly and optimally with all collaborators, within the team, within the organization, and beyond; Manage and facilitate program and cross-organization meetings.Work collaboratively with partner Sales and Innovation track owners to establish standard processes across the lifecycle of partner programs Be responsible for program quality and embed quality processes into the program.Lead continuous improvement efforts; making recommendations for improvements (programmatic and incentives) to increase penetration for the strategic partnersLead alliances activity & success in Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systemActively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targetsAbout YouThe Sr Program Manager is a high energy, versatile, organized and creative professional who is passionate about developing and implementing impactful programs that drive partner engagement and support the “Power of One” partnering philosophy at Workday. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
