At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!   THE JOB Leader Bank Pavilion is seeking an Ancillary Sales Coordinator for our 2024 concert and event season. The Ancillary Sales Coordinator is a fun and unique position inside our venue. As a lead of the ancillary sales onsite, you will be responsible for communicating to our guests about additional amenities that the venue has to offer. The Ancillary Coordinator will be responsible for generating upgrades, blanket sales, and other upsell revenue streams during the day of show. You will work closely with Guest Services, Operations, and the Box Office Manager to determine what offers will be available for each show onsite with approval of price points from venue management. It is the perfect position for someone who is detail oriented and enjoys working independently while still being part of a team. This position will begin in March 2024. This is a seasonal part time role reporting to the Operations Manager.  Hours by week will vary depending on business needs at the time, with training in the spring and 20-40 hours per week from May to September based on our event schedule. This position is expected to work throughout events with some additional administration hours available on non-event days.  WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Coordinate new, creative revenue streams for the venue based on day of show experiences and trends with the support of venue management. Brainstorm, plan, and execute upsell revenue strategies via the “Pavilion Provisions” General Store.
