Overview:Leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company and one of Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work”Seeking an astute individual who has a strong Retail Planning foundation with the additional ability to be hands-on with the broader engineering team as part of the development/deployment cycle, and deep knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with both the platform, and the product teams.Scope:Core responsibilities to include providing directions for product roadmap (along with counterparts and distinguished Architects) for Retail Planning products, a ground up cloud native (we use Azure) SaaS product which provides visibility and recommendations across the customer supply chainThe team currently comprises of 60+ global associates across US and India (COE) and is expected to grow rapidly. The incumbent will need to have leadership qualities to mentor junior and mid-level software associates in our teamWhat you’ll do:Build and lead a world-class suite of retail planning productsHands-on with the product and contribute to development of the new features/customer issuesInvolve in requirement gathering, design discussions to come up with detailed solutionsReviews project milestones, deliverables, and quality of teams to identify risk and mitigation.Handle customer interactions for technical problems. Should respond to queries from internal and external stakeholdersLead teams that include architects and other resources not in their reporting organization.Collaborate with customers, internal stake holders and drive the product forwardEnsure teams follow and adhere to Agile development processes and standards.Contribute and drive the team’s contribution to our innovation trackWhat we are looking for: 9+ years of Experience in software development with 3+ years of experience in Retail solutions.Work closely with product management to understand the product roadmap, and customer requirements to create the overall requirements and functional specifications for different components of the application that deliver long-term value to business.Demonstrated experience for working with cross functional stakeholders to resolve dependencies related to business requirement.Experience in writing and reviewing functional test cases.Document writer experience to review product release documents.Have good experience on QTP/UFT tool to handle regression suites.Prefer profiles with previous experience with Allocation or any retail supply chain products.Designing functional solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and obtaining sign-off.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
