Job Title: Enterprise Technical Architect – Product DevelopmentLocation : Dallas, TXOverview:Blue Yonder is a leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company and one of Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work”We are seeking an Enterprise Technical Architect to join our Product Development team, with strong technical foundation in supply chain software (Planning/Execution) and deep knowledge of the relevant industry (Retail/Manufacturing) Scope:Core responsibilities include architecting, designing and developing Solution Suite offerings for our customers in the Manufacturing and/or Retail Industry segment with a focus on business processes, ease of customer onboarding and operational cost.This role is part of the end-to-end solution engineering team within Product Development organization. The team is currently comprised of global associates across NA, India (COE) and EMEA and is expected to grow rapidly.What you’ll do:Implement our newly launched products and solutions at first customers in cooperation with PMG and field teamsEstablish the technical design of standardized industry specific templates utilizing the latest capabilities released by the larger BY PD organizationDevelop and execute tests to ensure BY software consistently meets the customer's business objectivesCreate templates and artifacts towards reusability and automation decreasing implementation lifecycle, reducing errors post go-live and efficient support operationsEnsure that the template architecture aligns with organizations overall business strategy and IT infrastructureCollaborate with other IT teams to ensure that applications are integrated seamlessly across different systems and platformsAbility to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiencesSupport the full end-to-end lifecycle from go-to-market activities, sales cycles, customer onboardings to solution operationsActively and responsively collaborate with the field teams and customers to drive adoption of our new products and servicesContribute to documentation and conduct internal training and support larger team enablementProvide development teams with details on the technical aspects related to Solution Suite developmentStay current with industry trends and analyze how those trends can be applied to the solution offersIdentifies and mentors next level architects for succession planning within the solution suite domainWhat we are looking for:At least 5+ years of hands-on experience working with supply chain solutions; Blue Yonder/JDA Supply Chain Planning products strongly preferred.5+ years of experience in a related field, such as application architecture, software integration, or application development 5+ years of experience in product development Strong understanding of application architecture principles and practicesIn-depth knowledge of software integration and application development lifecyclesExpertise in cloud computing and API managementKnowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and development toolsExperience with containerization and microservices architectureExperience with web services and RESTful APIsExperience with data modeling and database designExpertise in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teamsContinuous learning mindset and ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in application architecture and integrationReady to travel to customer sites based on business needs, and flexible to work with overlapping time zones*LI- SR1-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is: USD $126,441.00 – $159,435.00. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
