Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented M&A Integration Management Office (IMO) Analyst to join our team. The M&A IMO Analyst is a key contributor to the success of our merger and acquisition activities, helping to support the efficient integration of newly acquired companies into our organization. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and a passion for navigating the complexities of M&A transactions.What You Will Do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive integration strategies, project plans, and timelines for mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence through to post-merger/acquisition integration.Work with business leaders to identify integration and due diligence process improvements needed to promote scaling of the Integration Management Office (IMO)Lead or support the execution of integration projects by creating and managing project schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with the overall M&A strategy.Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues related to M&A integration, maintaining a proactive approach to addressing challenges.Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration projects, including process flows, standard operating procedures, and post-implementation reviews.Facilitate clear and effective communication between different stakeholders, both internal and external, throughout the integration process.Elicit business requirements documents for identified IMO toolsAssist Integration tool users by troubleshooting issues, documenting solutions, and communicating improvementsWork with IMO management to prioritize projectsStay up to date on new features of the tools supported by the team Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into the status and success of integration efforts and communicate these findings to senior leadership.Leverage software tools and platforms to streamline integration processes and improve communication within the M&A IMO.What We Are Looking For:Experience in M&A integration management, project management, or a similar role.Experience in organizational change management is an assetExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in reaching quick consensus with different groups to accelerate resultsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, Computer Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar fieldAbout Integration Management:The Blue Yonder Integration Management Office (IMO) team is the focal point of all of Blue Yonder’s Mergers and Acquisitions Integration activities, supporting deals and transformational growth opportunities from due diligence, signing, closing and integration into Blue Yonder's day-to-day business operations. The IMO team serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to executive leadership, business unit GMs and functional subject matter experts to proactively plan for and execute the integration of M&A deals. IMO team members will often collaborate with broad, multi-functional matrixed teams that are assembled to work on specific transaction projects.-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is $88,900.00 - $128,950.00. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
