Surrounded by extraordinary people, inspiring leaders, and world changing projects, you will do more and become more than you ever thought possible.Position Summary:                     The AMR Staff Product Commercialization Program Manager plays a key role in coordinating, planning, and driving AMR commercial launch readiness, to plan and execute commercialization projects.  This individual will work directly with global PCP program teams, the AMR Commercial teams as well as cross functional business partners to plan and execute AMR commercial launch activities and provide real-time guidance on best practice process.  This role is an exciting opportunity to guide AMR commercialization teams and deliver world class products to our customers.  Candidates will receive experience with Illumina’s commercial organization and cutting-edge products. Illumina is growing rapidly and offers excellent opportunities for career development.Position Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional commercial teams to plan & execute successful product commercialization efforts.Act as a regional subject matter expert on product commercialization and working with global PCP team to deliver seamless new product introductions in AMR countries.Actively participate as a Commercial representative on cross-functional product development projects. Provide input to Product Development and Marketing on Commercial needs and advocate for customer experience.Utilize project management tools to organize activities, track progress to targets, and deliver outputs to support product launchesCommunicate with AMR teams and stakeholders to ensure program goals are in alignment with business objectives. Identify critical business needs, go-to-customer requirements, drive improvements in business processes and systems to ensure commercial success and operational efficiency. Actively work on process improvement opportunities as it relates to product commercialization processes to increase efficiencies on new product introductions and deliver a better customer experience. Characterize, resolve, or escalate commercial issues, facilitate trade-off decisions.Assist with the development and implementation of critical business processes.Listed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position. Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs.Position Requirements: Proven ability to quickly develop expertise, multi-task, embrace change and innovate in a fast-paced environment. Well-developed inter-personal and leadership skills.  Highly motivated and successful individual who can build and maintain a positive, challenging, and dynamic work environment.Demonstrate ability work in team settings and work independently when required.Excellent Project management and organizational skills: ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication; comfortable creating and delivering presentations; able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization; ability to position initiatives, decisions, and outcomes to diverse audiencesA strong commitment to delivering a quality Customer Experience.All listed requirements are deemed as essential functions to this position; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional task and responsibilities.Preferred Experience/Education/Skills: B.S. or equivalent in science or business-related field required.6+ years of professional experience with experience in Commercial or Product Management roles directly supporting software product launches and on-market product releases.Experience with Atlassian Tools (Confluence, Jira) for project management.Previous experience with project management, process improvement experience. The estimated base salary range for the AMR Staff Product Commercialization Program Manager role based in the United States of America is: $115,800 - $173,800. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
