Surrounded by extraordinary people, inspiring leaders, and world changing projects, you will do more and become more than you ever thought possible.Position Summary: Lead and drive activities on operational excellence, program management and business operations to achieve Singapore Hub vision and mission.Position Responsibilities: Develop and implement programs to drive a culture of continuous improvement within the Singapore Hub.Partner with functions leads to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement to achieve functions’ objectives.Train, coach and facilitate operational excellence initiatives, programs and projects using lean and six sigma methodologies.Implement activities to build and develop a Program Management Office.Lead and manage Singapore Hub projects portfolio resources and timelines.Develop and implement tools to manage large scale cross functional projects to meet objectives and deliverables.Partner with Hub leaders to implement initiatives and programs supporting the Hub vision.Listed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position.
