Adobe’s Creative Cloud for team’s business unit is looking for a Sr. Campaign Marketing Manager. You are a well-rounded marketer and strategic problem solver, with proven success in orchestrating both local and global campaigns for acquisition and expansion. You will bring your experience with how to best engage and influence the current customer base and will work with various parties for campaign execution.Responsibilities: Integral in the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns to create pipeline to grow Adobe’s B2B businessLead cross functionally both locally and globally across multiple teams including demand generation, GTM, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, Studio, web, and sales enablement to drive marketing activities.Develop B2B content strategy and work with internal/external production teams to develop assetsPartner with content analytics to track, share and analyze content insights, develop feedback loops to identify what’s working and what’s not for continuous improvementDrive programs by coordinating initiatives such as target account strategy and demand gen activationPartner with analytics and finance to track, analyze and report results around responses, MQLs, pipeline, and ARR.Skills:BA/BS degree preferred OR equivalent years of experience.7+ years of B2B campaign marketing experience. Experience driving local and global marketing plans while working in highly matrixed organizationsExperience with detailed scheduling, updating and reporting data using platforms/tools such as Excel, Wiki’s, Airtable, Workfront and Smartsheet.Proven experience working with relational databases and developing internal processes.Strong data and analytical skills. Ability to assess business opportunities, track and analyze resultsStrong project management capabilities: Able to prioritize multiple/concurrent projects, timelines and deadlinesB2B Marketing Experience and background required. SaaS preferredAnalytical, data driven, exceptionally detail oriented and organizedAbility to problem solve to drive business impact and customer experienceDesire and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline driven environmentSelf-starter, not afraid to ask questions and have the ability operate/navigate with little directionOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $100,100 -- $206,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
