Specialist – Marketing Analytics & Operations Business PlannerDescription -The Marketing Planning team is looking for an individual to help us to improve the Organization Structure, provide guidance, governance and establish new process methodology to the WW Marketing Planning Team, including some financial acumen and some expertise in data driven business planning in order to provide Quantitative and Qualitative information in the Marketing organization in a timely manner.You will be expected to be able to apply subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues in support of your team. You will be expected to contribute to the development of new ideas and methods to improve our processes and flows. In addition, you need to be comfortable working on complex problems with potentially multi-dimensional solutions and be comfortable with agility and change. You will lead out on project management, process development and related reporting for the team. You will be expected to be able to exercise independent decision-making, driving the team to adopt best practices for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.Responsibilities:Plan and manage the Marketing Planning WW organization, meeting agendas, content and programs including the reviews outside of Marketing team.Ensure alignment of the WW Marketing organization through effective ways including newsletter, staff meetings, Creation of KPI’s, scorecard management.Create synergy and engagement between teams.Engage and align with the Business Planners community across the entire Marketing OrganizationCoordinate, create and review executive communications with our Directors and VP’s (L2’s & L3’s)Based on appropriate analysis of marketing information, provide value-added business performance analytics and optimization recommendations that enable continuous improvement across the Marketing organizationResearch and evaluate opportunity to apply common methods and frameworks across analytic projects to allow for reuse of modeling and more efficient solutions to marketing needs.Work with business marketing teams to develop comprehensive understanding of marketing investment opportunities/trade-offs and translate that understanding into detailed requirements.Education and Experience Required:BA or BS in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent business experience; MBA desirable, but not required.5+ years of working experience, preferable in a large corporate environment.3+ years marketing, project management or operational experience.Experience in Marketing database; statistics background a plus.PMP Certification is a plusKnowledge and Skills:Exceptional execution and project management skillsExcellent written/oral communicationsGood analytical thinking, and comfort using data to make decisions.Fluency in English (written and oral) a mustPro-active, problem-solving mindsetExcellent interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and build consensus.Comfort presenting and communicating to leaders and executives.Some knowledge of marketing activities, practices, and proceduresSome knowledge of and/or experience in business and marketing strategiesJob -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Mexico)Travel -NoRelocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
