The ideal candidate is a digital-first marketer, data-led and user-focused, who is passionate about building websites and user experiences that deliver value and outcomes. This role will lead a best-in-class team and website to drive lead generation and engagement with prospects and clients. The role requires a proven leader that can build and grow high performing teams with intellectual curiosity and a willingness to take smart risks with a strong innovating and entrepreneurial spirit.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the vision and strategic roadmap of the Genesys global website properties including collaborating on web messaging and positioning, web development, tagging/tracking, and SEO in alignment with Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, Content and Digital Demand Generation initiatives.Responsible for Search Engine Optimization, improving technical aspects and partnering across marketing to deliver insights to drive continuous content development and adjustments across both the core websites, blogs, etc.Oversee support of GTM digital strategies and brand initiatives, optimizing business outcomes, and providing superior customer experience for our world-wide prospect segments.Oversee the entire web lifecycle and implementation process, from ideation to distribution for multiple digital processes, including scoping, prioritization and road mapping based on business impact and other key product initiatives.Continuously improve outcomes YOY, providing the right level of oversight to identify, manage and mitigate risks and gaps as it relates to digital efforts globally.Deliver and continuously improve superior, simplified user experiences across all websites for Genesys key prospect segments.Exhibit a deep understanding of a prospect’s needs and reinforce a user-centric approach to all website projects, leveraging user research as a best practice.Regularly and systematically use analytics and user feedback to uncover opportunities, track and optimize KPIs, and drive decision making.Understand and champion usage of the full suite of Martech tools, leading strategic implementation, growth, and optimization (personalization, testing, tagging, CDP, etc.) QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of relevant work experienceBachelor’s DegreeExtensive experience collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team including designers, developers, business partners, and compliance to successfully deliver results in a dynamic and complex environment.Experience adapting and applying corporate messaging strategy to the web.Experience with digital projects, from conception through execution.Strong knowledge of usability and customer experience principles and techniques for mobile and web information architecture and design.Experience with WordPress Content Management System.Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with a proven track record of presenting to and influencing senior management.Demonstrated experience leading others through influence – not just through direct reporting structures.B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred.Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail.Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.Experience working in a global, cross-functional team.Positive attitude and growth mindset required.ABOUT THE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate is likely a tenured digital marketer who knows what it takes to be successful in the enterprise technology market and has a unique combination of technical skills and marketing creativity. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
