As a Principal Engineer – Test Automation, you will be the driving force behind quality and test automation strategy for the nIQ Data & AI platform! As the technical authority on our leading-edge analytics applications, you will shape the QA processes fueling our rapid growth. Responsibilities:Be an expert in the nIQ Data & AI platform and how the nCino Data products interact and use the nIQ platformParticipate fully as a member of the nIQ Data & AI platforms Scrum development teamIndependently complete business critical, complex technical coding tasksLead the development of cross-team, test automation framework-level projects for the nIQ Data and AI teamsCoach and mentor other engineers across the Data & AI organization on unit testing, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD best practices, serving as a role model and multiplier.Provide careful code reviews emphasizing promoting growth and learning for other engineers/scrum teams.
