In this role, you will be partnering with the Go-To-Market Operations organization and working with our Enterprise Systems team to deliver best-in-class solutions for our go-to-market systems and applications. An ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical, communication, and problem solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels or organizations, including Executive Management. This role will allow you to apply your functional Salesforce and Customer Success tools expertise to some of Box's most critical go-to-market and operations initiatives. You will work closely with your team to collaborate on creative solutions for technical challenges, provide inputs on the Customer Success systems roadmap, and provide direct value to our business partners. You will interact frequently with senior management and must become a trusted thought-leader to our extended business partners. Box is looking for a Business Analyst II to support the HCM, Benefits, Compensation and Performance functions within Box. In this role, you will be part of the core team who is responsible for the design, functional development, support, maintenance & improvements of Workday programs. You will be working with business partners and collaborating with our IT Enterprise Systems team by utilizing your technical expertise and business insights.  You will also partner closely with our People teams to plan, design and build optimal solutions for our systems and applications. An ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical, communication, and problem solving skills and will be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. This role requires someone who can support world-class, global tools and processes. A successful Business Analyst II is a self-motivated professional that consistently brings a high level of dedication to projects, team members and business partners, along with the ability to strategically and tactically navigate the unique challenges that supporting a global organization brings.   WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide ongoing production support to the business regarding application functionality and data integrity, including identification, troubleshooting and resolution of critical production issues, enhancements, and year end processes.  Partner with the Benefits, Talent, Compensation, and People Operations teams to understand business needs and solutions to support day to day operations Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, develop/create business requirements, document the user stories, and translate business requirements into effective and efficient functional design specifications and application configuration/technical solutions Become an internal Workday HCM expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation; leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements. Test Solutions to ensure they meet the business requirements/specifications, and document existing and new processes. Partner with and assist integrations team in requirements, configuration and testing between Workday and other 3rd party/custom solutions alongside business teams and vendors.  Manage bi-annual system update process; educate and guide users on upcoming features and provide technical guidance for testing/adoption of new features and functionality; manage end to end regression testing of new and required features Participate in the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system enhancements using Box project methodology and industry best practices WHO YOU ARE Technical Skills 3+ years of industry experience implementing & supporting various HR applications - Workday experience a plus 1+ years of design/configuration experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and/or Performance modules Deep understanding of software testing with knowledge on building test plans and executing them in unit, functional and user acceptance test cycles Functional Skills Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills Ability to work optimally in a team environment as well as independently Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely and ensure others are informed Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize to ensure work is done in a timely and high quality manner Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent years of industry experience Experience with multiple HCM, payroll and/or financial applications a plus Other Shifted hours occasionally needed for collaboration with the Global Enterprise Systems Team   BENEFITS Please check a short summary of the main benefits available for all Box employees in Poland:  Benefits One Pager - Poland We also offer Equity and ESPP - for more details, visit  this webpage For more details on benefits available for Poland Boxers, please check out:  Box Poland Benefits + Perks EQUAL OPPORTUNITY We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
