Join us at the forefront of technological advancement.Our team is searching for Graduate Intern to join our Board Level Reliability team to evaluate PCBA/Module level reliability. You will be work in the Board Level Reliability lab environment testing for various NV products including large server systems and perform various functional tests for GPU/Tegra products.What you’ll be doing:Literature review in PCB technology, fatigue failure etc.;Setup datalogging systems to perform electrical continuity tests; Read electrical schematic and perform electrical testing, identify failed component.Provide data analysis for test results;Program and operate environmental chambers, shock, vibration table, bending machine, pin pull tester;Troubleshoot test setups for test instruments (datalogger, thermal couple, microscope, etc.) and test platforms (PC, Portwell, etc.). Connect with internal and external team for failure analysis.What we need to see:Pursuing a Masters in Electrical, Mechanical, Material Engineering, or similar.Hands on experience in measuring instruments (Oscilloscopes, multimeters, curve tracers.) and wire soldering.Familiar with electronic testing, reliability testing and failure analysis.Deep understanding in electrical schematic.Knowledge in electronic manufacturing.Must be able to lift/move packages weighing 25-35 lbs. on a frequent basisWays to stand out from the crowd:Programming and debugging skills in PythonFamiliarity with Cent OS, Ubuntu, Tiny Linux and Windows operating systems.Experience in high power testing, such as Hipot, SIR, ECMExperience in image processingNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
