You will lead a team of certification experts who design and deliver high-quality educational products and certifications for our customers and partners. You will also collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure our certification offerings align with our business goals and customer needs.As the leader of the Genesys certification program, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a new vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs. Key Responsibilities:You will oversee the cross-functional planning and execution of the certification program, ensuring that it offers high-quality and relevant certifications for various roles and segments.Monitor and improve the certification portfolio based on market trends, customer feedback, competitive analysis, psychometric data, and job task analysis.Work closely with other Genesys stakeholders to ensure that the product features and programs are integrated with the certification program.Manage the day-to-day operations of the program and ensure that it meets the global certification policy standards. Increase Genesys certification population.Measure and track the impact of certified individuals on sales.Key Competencies:Leadership in a cross-functional environment – the ability to lead, influence, and shape opinion among a peer group of senior leaders.General management – the ability to work with all functions to deliver strong P&L performance and growth.Maturity and business judgment – the ability to constructively interact with key internal and external leaders to successfully address complex business issues/opportunities.Flexibility - the proven ability to successfully deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.Qualifications:10+ years’ experience in the Contact Center and Telecom Industry5+ years working with global certification strategy for a major industry certification organization, overseeing direct reports.Ability to listen to customers, clearly separate perception from fact/data and execute winning plans and strategies to drive customer preference.Excellent written and oral communication skills, including performing presentations, and speaking in front of all levels of management.Ability to adjust communication to the intended audience. A comfort with technical and non-technical communications on the same or related issues is necessary.Self-starting, ability to work without supervision, takes ownership.May require up to 10% travelCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
