Bring your brightest version of you and have a brighter work day here.About the TeamThe Global Value Management & Industry Team is a business consulting practice which assists organizations in building their case for Workday and helps prospective customers quantify what life with Workday will mean for them.Our Value Services Center was established in 2021, and strives to improve the scalability of the Global Industry & Value Management Team and expand their impact in the field by assisting with market research, financial modeling, data analysis, and building business cases through a ticketing system. We grow as demand for our services constantly rises. This is an exciting opportunity to help develop a relatively new team and use your skills to deliver results to the organization.About the RoleAs an Associate Manager in our Service Center – reporting to the local Manager based in Warsaw – you will be leading a team of highly skilled professionals who support Global Industry & Value Management organization through uncovering customers’ strategy and needs in order to craft powerful messaging on how Workday can bring value to their organizations.  Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating work of direct reports, with alignment to local and global leadership.Setting priorities, managing the demand, actively contributing to delivery of projects in scope.Collaborating with the Manager of Service Center and global leadership to set and execute priorities for further team’s growth and development.Monitoring effectiveness and reporting progress on projects in scope.Mentoring, coaching and guiding team members for career growth and personal development.Working closely with local and global leadership to improve efficiency and strengthen global alignment.Identifying areas for improvement, proposing reliable solutions, and driving the change processes.Building and maintaining relationships across the organization.Fostering and strengthening culture of feedback and continuous improvementSupporting the training, reporting, tooling, and continual development of Industry Advisors and Value Managers to ensure they stay efficient in a fast-paced market environment.About YouWe're looking for an ambitious, goal-oriented individual, with relevant experiences, strong people leadership skills and a deep sense of comradery and partnership. Someone capable of working independently, with minimal direction; with strong business acumen and ability to set priorities and ensure timely delivery.
