Apple is seeking a customer-facing Briefing Engineer to support customer engagements at the Executive Briefing Center at Apple Park. The Briefing Engineer will be a core member of the technical team that creates and delivers presentations and demos for briefings, manages the Briefing Center fleet of devices, and provides production support for in-person and virtual briefings. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Knowledge of Apple technology, especially Enterprise/B2B solutions Engaging and dynamic presentation and facilitator Experience creating and delivering presentations and demos to executive audiences to drive sales Working knowledge of Objective-C and Swift to download, customize, and deploy code to demo devices, and demonstrate that code to customers Experience with MDM and other technologies used for managing and deploying devices Resourceful, creative, and detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality Enthusiasm for Apple B2B sales and growing Apple footprint with Enterprise customers Flexibility to be at Apple Park up to five days a week, depending on the briefing schedule Description Description In this role, you will:
- Deliver presentations and demos to executive-level customers to drive sales
- Create compelling technical demonstrations using Apple products and technologies
- Maintain an excellent technical environment for briefings, including AV and presentation equipment
- Stay current on Apple and related third-party solutions, including MDM
- Maintain showroom and demo fleet of devices
- Support facility needs by partnering with IS&T, AV, Facilities, and others
- Partner closely with Business Development Specialists who plan and organize briefings Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years of related experience in a sales environment Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,500 and $205,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
