System Quality Assurance and Integration Validation EngineerDescription -We're looking for System Quality Assurance and Integration Validation Engineer with the following expertise.- Quality Assurance- Quality Program Management- System Integration Validation- Test and Automation EngineeringThis role will be based in Singapore Design Center. As be part of the HP Personal System Global R&D team, this design center will focus on NB/PC products.The responsibilities will includeLead ODM partners to ensure the qualification of full system hardware & Software through the delivery of new commercial laptop systems.  Work closely within internal functional groups and external ODM partners in full system Hardware & Software Compatibility testing, project resource planning, test issues troubleshooting and coordinating appropriate trainings to meet or better the existing quality level of HP. Review and evaluate product designs and project activities for compliance with technology and testing guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback based on results to improve product quality and mitigate risk of product failure.Provide domain-specific expertise and overall quality and test engineering leadership and perspective to cross- organization projects, programs, and activities.Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the test engineering organization.Manage Test Automation and its execution, identify test automation opportunities to scale test efficiencies. Review quality reports and propose improvement plansLead projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives. Leverage recognized domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence decisions of executive business leadership, outsourced development partners, and industry standards groups.We’re looking for talents with Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent major. Typically 8+ years experience in of system level hardware and software level integration testing, modules compatibility testing and troubleshooting.Extensive experience with testing tools, automation, and software packages.  Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Well understanding on drivers, modules, firmware and utilities is a must.   Experience on test planning and execution on PC and docking projects.  Ability to review requirements, specifications and designs to assure product quality and plan implementation.   Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading ODM multi test teams to ensure qualification of projects on schedule.   Knowledge in PC operating system (Windows and Linux) and docking test experience   Strong project management skill.   Understanding Manufacturing / factory process is a plus Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.#LI-POSTJob -EngineeringSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Singapore)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
