Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Job Overview:The Cardholder Success Coordinator plays a key role in the day-to-day support of Greenphire’s client’s clinical subjects. As a member of the Operations team, the Cardholder Success Coordinator serves as an expert on Greenphire’s systems and banking support, assisting cardholders with inquiries and daily transactional operations.ResponsibilitiesServe as a point of contact for participants (cardholders), responding to phone inquiries and some email inquiriesMaintain strong relationships with cardholders and internal stakeholdersUpdate customer contact information as neededBe a problem solver and provide a positive client experienceSuccessfully operate in accordance with the rules outlined by Greenphire’s banking partnerPerform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitateQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or training preferredFluency in English and Spanish required, additional languages are also acceptableExcellent communication skillsCustomer focus, strong desire to assist cardholders with their concernsInitiative and ability to self-educateStrong problem solving and analytical skillsExperience in Microsoft Office suiteAbility to use various online applications (inContact, NetSuite, etc.) as neededWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
