Associate Employment Relations Partner

Clarivate is seeking to hire a dynamic Associate Employment Relations Partner to join our global Human Resources Team! Partnering with leaders around the world, you will serve as a consultant in partnership with other Employment Relations Colleagues resolving workplace matters through consistent application of Clarivate policies and practices. You will provide broad support to the Employment Relations team with a variety of projects and investigative processes while assisting with the overall department strategy regarding effective policies, practices, and programs.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments...Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline2 years of experience in HR with some exposure to employee relationsKnowledge of federal, state, and local laws and statutes that govern employment policies and practicesIt would be great if you also had...Employee Relations experienceProfessional in Human Resources certificationWhat will you be doing in this role?...Assist Employment Relations Partners (ERPs) to provide basic guidance and resolution in workplace mattersSupport ERPs with investigations and case notation related to colleague inquiry, concerns, or complaints and communicate with appropriate HR or business partnersCommunicate regularly with business leaders on basic ER inquiriesAssist with employment relations project work for organizational changes such as redundancies or realignmentsAssist with creating and maintaining team processes and proceduresRegional ResponsibilitiesWill vary based on regional HR/ER TeamPartner with local officials and/or works council representatives applicable to the regionAbout the TeamThe US Employment Relations Team supports the USA, Latin America and Canada with employment issues and is part of a growing global team.
