We’re hiring, and we’d love for you to join our dynamic team!   The Executive Assistant will act as the “right hand” to a C-suite executive, managing a wide range of complex and confidential responsibilities including calendar management, organizing leadership meetings, maintaining accountability for commitments, coordinating schedules, and booking travel. This is a key facilitative role in a high-growth environment, interacting daily with employees at all levels. If you have a proven track record for effectively supporting executive leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, this could be the perfect fit! What You Get To Do Every Day Manage scheduling. Coordinate internal and external meetings across varying time zones ensuring that no one gets forgotten and key details are remembered. Learn and identify key business priorities to help the executive leadership manage and maximize their time. Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts. Make all arrangements for travel and events. Maintain the rhythm of the business by developing and updating a calendar of key activities and deliverables. Anticipate when externalities or shifting priorities require changes. Assist others in the organization with document preparation or meetings that require the input of the C-suite executive, including signatures and approvals. Maintain secure, digital/physical filing of key documentation for the C-suite executive. Maturely and professionally handle details, information, and conversations of a highly sensitive nature in strict confidence. Work with the C-suite executive to develop committee meeting agendas. Prepare timely, polished materials, including coordinating and editing presentations and content from across the organization. Provide hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment. Receive and screen communication, as appropriate, and provide assistance using independent judgment within defined practices/procedures to determine those communications requiring priority attention. Support the C-suite executive with cross-department working groups, keeping agendas and helping members to be accountable for key deliverables. What You Bring To The Role MInimum Requirements: A minimum of 5+ years of executive administration work supporting C-suite leaders Demonstrated ability to take initiative and anticipate the needs of those you support Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail Adaptability to manage competing deadlines to ensure business objectives are achieved Experience with managing up, collaborating with peers, and working with colleagues remotely and in different time zones Experience with international travel scheduling, visas, schedules, and logistics Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to suit all audiences Genuine passion for providing  A genuine passion for providing outstanding hospitality and support Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguity, while exercising sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all tasks Preferred Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Compensation|Benefits|Perks Competitive salary  Group Health Insurance- Medical, Vision, Dental  Unlimited paid time off (at manager’s discretion) Employee Stock Purchase Plan 401K (with company matching up to $1K)   The expected salary range for this role is $101,745.00 - $120,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
