This role is a remote position based in the US.What You'll Do:The Customer Success Operations Associate will be responsible for traditional business operations tasks, including various reporting, auditing and data entry/analytics tasks as well as creation and maintenance of email and newsletter templates in Gainsight and Salesforce. A strong analytical mindset and hardworking attitude are required to be successful in the role.
