Our charter as the Enterprise Revenue Marketing team is to accelerate the buying cycle by coupling predictive analytics for prescriptive enablement of end-to-end selling success.We are now looking for a Senior Revenue Marketing Analyst. We are seeking a highly motivated data-driven, sales-minded marketer to analyze our account relationships in unearthing end-to-end account engagement strategies in critical revenue driving programs. You will understand leading B2B digital marketing principles, account buying center engagement, as well as the need for championship of marketing technology and sales/Marketing alignment; further, you will demonstrate “analytic curiosity,” wanting to understand the why behind the what in guiding these programs toward revenue success through constant data noodling. Come join our team!What you’ll be doing:Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reportsPartner with Enterprise Marketing collaborators to unearth unseen insights around performance, pipeline targets, LTV/CAC ratios, and in-market account trackingAlign international collaborators for a cohesive metrics dialog taking into account the varying regional nuancesCommunicate findings and present measurable recommendations to marketing leadershipWhat we need to see:5+ years of B2B Marketing or related experience, including quantifiable experience with demand generation and account based marketingBachelors degree or equivalent experienceDeep familiarity with BI tools and constant analysis at the B2B account levelHands-on experience with end-to-end Sales/Marketing technologyA zest for data, problem solving, providing business insights, and guiding changeWays to stand out from the crowd:Quantifiable track record of positive affect to business growthFamiliarity with Salesforce reporting, Outreach, LeanData, and 6senseAbility to define metrics to unearth relevant insights versus canned reportingConstantly considering what more and what next in addition to what nowAbility to balance multiple analytic needs in parallelWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the world’s most desirable employers.
