NVIDIA Inception aims to support the startup ecosystem adopting advanced NVIDIA solutions, by providing go-to-market support, expertise, and technology. There are more than 15,000 startups across industries in NVIDIA Inception.You will work closely with the most cutting-edge retail and commerce startups to define and transform the ecosystem. We are looking for an Inception Partner Manager for Retail to build, drive and accelerate adoption of NVIDIA solutions in the commerce and CPG space. As an Inception Partner Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the regional startup ecosystem from recruiting to early adoption to product launch and go-to-market acceleration. What you’ll be doing:Engage with leading startups focusing on platform adoption, co-selling opportunities and go-to-market initiativesScout, identify, and recruit top retail startups to join NVIDIA Inception programExpand the NVIDIA Inception program ecosystem by aligning with leading innovation labs, venture capital firms and industry software vendors (ISVs)Collaborate with developer relations managers and account managers to develop strategies and resources that provide full support for startups and execute go-to-market activations with cross functional teamsReport on data driven key business metrics to show impact on startup ecosystems Generating reports on relevant trends and perform market analysis What we need to see:BS/MS or equivalent experience5+ years of relevant work experience such as startup accelerators and incubators, executive or management positions at startups or platform ecosystem development at retail or eCommerce companies Strong knowledge of machine learning, simulation and synthetic data generation, supply chain, point-of-sale, logistics in a business development, management, or alliances capacityStrong understanding of the retail ecosystem focusing on AI/ML startupsExperience in relevant technologies, computing, and deep learning application development is a plusCan-do attitude and high energy with leadership and excellent interpersonal skills and possess ability to learn complex concepts in a fast-paced environmentWays to stand out from the crowd:Background in a venture backed startup or exitExperience working on AI model training/inferencing and other GPU-related technologiesExperience in successfully leading strategic partnerships and a versatile startup ecosystem in retail, commerce and/or CPG Background with deep learning and/or other AI technologiesExperience solution selling advanced technologies in the retail, logistics, supply chain, or related sectors.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers!
