Reporting to the Central Europe Poly Category leader, the Video Rooms BDM will be the subject matter expert for Central Europe market, and should be a recognized authority on Room Video solutions; including technologies, customer use cases, competition & the room video & voice channel.In this role you will be responsible for driving our room video strategy at the market level, and working with partners, sales teams, and GTM teams at a country level to achieve our ambition to bring our market leading products to our customers.Experience in room video technology and working with video channel partners is essential. You will be leading a cross functional team on a key growth project for HP-Poly. You will be expected to develop the strategy and set functional policy and direction in your market. While you will act as a functional manager within area of expertise you will not manage other employees as a primary job function.Responsibilities:Own the sales strategy & sales enablement for Video room & voice solution for Central Europe.Actively support sales in large/strategic video room & voice deals.Drive the requirements for Central Europe within key enabling functions (GBU; supply chain; services; support).Lead our strategic video room acceleration plan for Central Europe, including coordination across all supporting functions.Actively contribute/lead the category business plan for room video.Establish relationships across Central Europe sales force and partners at senior level.Engage with Local Microsoft, pexip, Zoom, and Google strategic alliance partners.Product line and quota responsibility for Video rooms across Central Europe.Functional responsibility for the team in one or several areas (market analysis, marketing engagement, SF communication etc).Requirements:Education and Experience RequiredUniversity or Bachelors degree in Business; Marketing or Finance; advanced degree or MBA preferred.12+ years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experienced preferred.Knowledge and Skills:IT industry knowledge focused on Room Video technologies like video teleconferencing, telepresence, GTM Strategy and Channel partner ecosystem.Business planning skills, multidimensional.Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting.Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally.Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners.Leadership skills and cross functional expertise (sales, supply chain, marketing…).Business fluent in German and English.What do we have to offer?Employee-oriented corporate culture - our «HP Way»: we value enthusiasm, regular feedback, trust and respect within our teams.
