Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Day-to-day responsibilities:Monitor social media sites and manage communications to respondentsCollaborate with the Creatives and Engagement teams to create content using differentmultimedia resources and platformsConduct Market Intelligence / Competitors ReportManage a medium to high volume of daily social media posts across global sitesManage Ubiquity branding and reviews on different Job Boards (i.e. Ubiquity Careers Page,Jobstreet, Glassdoor, Indeed)Prepare updates and monthly reports on social media branding effortsRegularly liaise with other stakeholders by forwarding inquiries related to their departmentPerform other duties when necessaryIdeal candidates have:A Bachelor's or College Degree in Journalism, Communications Marketing, Advertising, Arts,Design, Creative Multimedia or equivalentAt least 1 year of proven work experience in social media marketing /digital marketing withknowledge of social media advertisementRecruitment experience from a BPO Industry is highly desirableStrong creativity and attention to detailHighly organized, with the ability to multi-task and plan aheadExcellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding ofsocial media management and strategySocial media analytics and reporting experiencePositive attitude and goal orientedAbility to work with different stakeholders across different geographiesWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
