Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Responsibilities:Conduct applicant mining, resume screening, phone interviews, and schedulingTest AdministrationFiling and maintenance of applicant records, trackers, and databasesAssist on Recruitment Events and other sourcing initiativesLeads Generation via Social Media, Employee Referral, University Partnerships, Applicant Referral, Digital Marketing, Job Boards, Branding, etc.Invites applicants and ensure Show UpsProvide assistance to Recruitment Operations as neededOther tasks as mandated by the Recruitment supervisor and/or HR manager Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology, Marketing or equivalentCandidate must possess excellent English communication skills, with keen attention to detail, can work efficiently under pressure and with minimum supervisionMust be a creative thinker and has passion for Marketing and BrandingCandidate must have good computer navigation and Microsoft Office Excel skillsWilling to work on site in CDOWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
