Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Day-to-day responsibilities:Leads Generation through Social Media Marketing, Job Boards, and other online platformsEfficiently distribute leads to the Phone Screening TeamVendor Management – Job Portals, Social Media , etc.Maintain, Track and Analyze Marketing data from the assigned Sourcing channelCreate Sourcing Plans and present Sourcing costsTrack Sourcing costs accordinglyAdapt to the current trends and grab the opportunity to incorporate it in the Marketing StrategyCome up with Market Intelligence Reports and Studies to better come up with Sourcinginitiatives and for Sales PitchIdeal candidates have:At least 6 month s work experience in BPO SourcingBeen exposed in different Sourcing facets: Digital and Social Media Marketing, Branding, Employee Referral, Special Offsite and Onsite Events, Job Caravans, University Partnership and Job Boards.Experience on Reports Management and AnalyticsAbility to Analyze Sourcing numbers.
