We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!Role SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Digital Strategist with a strong background as a User Experience leader and practitioner, who has a track record of leading and driving large digital projects, This role is for an individual contributor who will lead cross-functional, client-facing project teams in envisioning, documenting, and advocating for ROI-producing customer experiences  .You will define best-in-class human-centric experiences for some of the world’s top brands who are implementing digital experiences  in AEM and Workfront.. The successful candidate for this role will have high initiative, a passion for good customer experience, and a strategic approach to balancing user needs with business objectives. You will be responsible for evolving what Adobe customer experience means across a wide variety of customers and industries, handling both the strategic and practical demands of customer transformations.  This individual will need to understand how context, UX, and personalization come together leveraging data across the Adobe platform.Lead and drive sophisticated cross-functional teams towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision making and customer value delivery. Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and inspire senior executives.Synthesize client findings into presentations of strategic narratives and conclusions appropriate for all levels of client leadership.Drive discovery, research, and analysis for user experiences. Identifying and supplying prescriptive design recommendations to improve and deliver customer value.Develop strategies and experiences for Adobe customers in the following functional areas: user research, information architecture, front-end design, interaction design, information design, visual design, and usability testing.Lead the creation of customer engagements and strategic artifacts, examples: User Experience Benchmarking Report, Personas, Information Architectures, Wireframes, Customer Journey Maps, User Experience Flows, Template & Component Designs and Prototypes.Aid with evolution user experience design practice by chipping in and creating reusable design library (templates, pattern, and components), cross-skill training and mentoring team members.Ability to negotiate quickly through technical or other challenges during development, in deep partnership with our AEM technical teamBasic QualificationsRelevant BA/BS degree in a related field or 6 years of progressive experience in diagnosing and resolving customer and user experience challenges.Work experience in a leading technology company, strategy consulting organization, digital agency, or marketing department.Strong proficiency in AEM and the flow of content management tools and workflowsIn depth experience within Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable User Experience Tools, Adobe Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.Experience working in an Agile environments.Willingness to travel based on client needs, pandemic considerations are in place at Adobe.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,100 -- $231,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
