The Business & Reporting specialist will act as the main point of contact for
business KPI insights and Trends, responsible for reporting, data analysis & stakeholder management.
In this role, the Business and Reporting Specialist will help ensure consistency with the company strategy, commitments, and goals, and encourage a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative workflow among departments and project teams by promoting a Performance Management driven culture.

You Will:
Design and develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
Conduct business reviews to report out metric results, trend findings & recommendations,
Become SME on performance metrics for the multiple functions.
Conduct and attend requirement gathering meetings to identify needs, concerns, and action plans
Collaborate in developing reference documents or reports for performance measurement
You Have:
3-year minimum experience in similar roles
English Proficiency (B2)
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Advanced Excel skills (VBA is a plus)
Smartsheet experience is a plus.
Intermediate-Advanced Power BI/ Tableau/SQL skills
Project Management Knowledge preferred.
Strong professional, independent thinking skills with strength in problem solving and the ability to offer constructive opinions and creative solutions.
Ability to deal with ambiguity.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management.
Strong interpersonal, written and oral skills
Ability to summarize and communicate important data & calculation methods
