We seek analytical and creative individuals who enjoy exciting opportunities to innovate, measure, and improve our processes, inter-organizational relationships, and work methods. ​The GS Center of Excellence Product Advisor establishes, maintains, and improves the working relationship between the Global Services organization and the Product Group. The role serves as a two-way subject matter expert between Global Services and the Product Group. For Global Services, the position will be a subject matter expert on the Product Group's portfolio, staff, priorities, and processes. For the Product Group, the role will be the primary point of contact when partnering with Global Services on Release Readiness projects, inter-organizational process improvements, requirements exchange, and new service development and implementation. The role of the Product Advisor involves eliciting, analyzing, and documenting Services requirements and effectively communicating them to stakeholders. They are responsible for managing requirement changes to ensure that delivering the solution adds maximum value. To accomplish this, they conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with Service delivery teams and Product Management to analyze requirements.  Product Advisors deeply understand and future-state processes, related data, and systems to outline the consequences of making a business change to address a specific need.
