The opportunity We are looking to hire a Talent Development Partner to join our Employee Experience team. What you'll do Lead the development and execution of global leadership development processes, programs and offeringsIncorporate a solid understanding of behavioral change and scalable solutions to lead and develop solutionsProvide design expertise and consultation on organizational needsWork proactively with key team members, subject matter experts and partners to understand and validate business needs to inform design and continuous improvement of solutionsCultivate relationships with Talent Management, HR Business Partners and business leaders by understanding business challenges and how they translate into our leader development strategyPartnering with the business to co-design and co-deliver leadership meetings and training programs What you need to succeed Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful solutions from strategy to implementation, driven by a deep curiosity about the underlying business issues to be solvedAwareness of the latest leadership content, and judgement to decide which models to leverage given Adobe's culture, rituals and business goals. This may include content related to behavioral change, talent management, change leadership, team effectiveness and coachingRelationships and partnerships (internal/external) across all levels of the organization, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skillsAbility to understand and appropriately weigh multiple inputs to shape and iteratively improve solutions. This includes knowing when to defend and when to abandon previously held assumptions Proven great teammate with demonstrated ability to work in a fast -paced environmentA minimum of 5 years of related experience in Human Resources, Product Development, Consulting, or Change LeadershipOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $95,600 -- $195,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
