Strategic Procurement BuyerDescription -Job description:Strategic Buyer will be responsible E2E for all business and operation aspect in front of the BIG CMs, Collaborate with all relevant department(Sourcing, Technical, Planning, R&D, ENG ,Finance , Plant , Quality)Work closely with suppliers to ensure that operation processes are efficient, cost-effective, and fully aligned on HP requirementSupplier Management:Full responsibility to maintain relationship with supplierWide suppliers operation understanding including production processWide suppliers Business understandingBuild long terms agreement with suppliersDefine and build cost reduction road mapDefine and build Suppliers AOS & Business KPI’sActivity managementMaintain MRP system with all the relevant operation and business aspectsCollaborate with Suppliers POC , managers, and other stakeholders on routing meetingQuarterly meeting with suppliers, SPR process, Maintain Supplier ID, Share with suppliers long terms planCollaborated with sourcing and technical team to Build Estimated cost , optimize supply chain process work with suppliers on Cost reduction activities based on agreed target and opportunitiesIdentify supplier capacity and production flexibility, based on risk define mitigation strategicsEducation and ExperienceB.A in relevant field. Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain function.Experience of working with Big/medium contract manufacturers.Global procurement experience- an advantage.Knowledge and Skills:Negotiation & Commercial skills, BOM breakdown KnowledgeAnalytical and strategic thinkingTeam player & problem solverMRP , Power point Excel and BI tools knowledgeExcellent leadership and communication skills.
