This is an opportunity to work for a company that crafts the best Recruiting and HR product in the world, learn from smart people, explore everything in the tech-scene and be part of an amazing culture.  Responsibilities: Own the new hire onboarding and offboarding processes for the US Administer employee benefits and 401(k) plan, including all reporting, filing and compliance activities.  Oversee open enrollment, audit benefit invoices and manage vendor and broker relationships.  Handle employee relations activities and act as the first point of contact for employee questions, provide support and guidance on HR policies, processes and anything people related Help keep Workable compliant with relevant employment laws and regulations - ​​Stay updated on changes in labor laws and practices Document our HR processes, procedures and policies using our internal Confluence system and assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies Keep our employees engaged by planning fun events, conducting employee surveys, and facilitating our long service awards Support Workable’s high performance culture by monitoring annual scorecard (goal-setting) creation, assisting with our company performance review cycles, and helping managers create and deliver performance improvement plans Maintain employee records using Workable HRIS and ensure the data is accurate and up-to-date through regular audits Partner with our internal payroll team for bi-weekly pay cycle updates
