In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing large sets of data to uncover insights and trends that can drive business decisions. You will work closely with experienced data analysts and other professionals, learning the intricacies of data-driven decision-making to optimize operations and foster growth.Project Summary:One of the main functions of the data analysis team is to build out KPIs (key performance indicators) to support the various departments within manufacturing operationsDepending on current development needs, a set of KPIs will be chosenThis role will support the collection of requirements, expansion of data pipelines, cleansing of data, and the development of a visualization supporting the monitoring of the KPI by the businessResponsibilities:Assist in gathering raw data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.Help process and clean the data to prepare it for analysis, identifying any inconsistencies or errors under supervision.Support in utilizing statistical tools and techniques to analyze data.Assist in identifying patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions.Learn to translate complex data findings into understandable and actionable insights.Help in creating comprehensive reports and dashboards that visually represent data findings.Assist in presenting findings to the team.Interact with various departments, aiding in understanding their data needs.Learn to provide insights that can drive their strategies and operations under supervision.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python.Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and precision.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written.Estimated Base Salary Range:$20.07 - $26.90
