Communication LeadDescription -Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.Responsibilities: 1. Developing Communication Strategies:• Create and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with the organization's goals and brand identity.• Identify target audiences and craft tailored messages for different stakeholders (employees, customers… ).2. Internal Communications:• Manage internal communication channels (emails, newsletters, intranet, etc.) to ensure effective dissemination of information to employees.• Facilitate a culture of transparency and engagement by organizing town halls, workshops, and other internal events.3. Content Creation and Management:• Create compelling content for various platforms including websites, social media, collateral.• Ensure content consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all communication channels.4. Crisis Communication:• Act as a primary point of contact for managing and mitigating communication during crises.5.
