Senior Business Consultant

Senior Business Consultant acts as a member of on-site/remote project teams and uses in-depth knowledge of customer business and processes to design and implement BY solutions on medium to large supply chain transformation programs:Works as a member of a professional services team on BY product implementation/enhancement or customer audit projects.Works with customer business and IT teams during all project implementation phases.Serves as a functional expert and participates in key meetings between Project Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users.Implements, configures, tunes BY product to given functional specifications in the implementation, carries out tasks towards modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the customers’ business objectives.Works on documenting artefacts developed within projectsProvides training and leadership to small implementation teams (JDA or customer) as necessary.Knowledge and Skills BY is looking for:Essential:+5  years of industry experience in Supply Chain/Manufacturing  in industries like (e.g. FMCG, CPG, high-tech, consumer electronics, metals, automotive, etc.)Great understanding of the overall planning processes (demand management, supply chain optimization, replenishment/fulfilment, manufacturing, factory planning and scheduling), Hands-on experience in using, implementing, or supporting modern Supply Chain applications (BY/i2/Manugistics/JDA, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Infor, Logility, Quintiq, o9 or similar).Strong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong communication and presentation skills Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Europe is requiredBusiness level fluency in English, both spoken and written.Right to live and work in the European UnionDesirable:Agile methodology Machine Learning/Data Science awareness Fluency in additional European languages.SQL skills. BY offers:Highly professional environment of top international industry experts.Chance to deal with the best-in-class SCM solutions and work on-site with the most prestigious and advanced Retail, Manufacturing, and Distribution companies in the world.Strong investment in employee skills development Excellent development abilities and further growth potential.Clear independence and empowerment.Permanent job contract.Highly competitive salary and benefits package.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
