Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Provide excellent customer experience and solution support to strategic BY customers with ownership, proactivity, and an innovative approachConsistently demonstrate customer centricity and relentless attitude to innovate through teamworkDaily monitor BY solutions for SaaS customersAct as POC for support cases Resolve customer issues via support ticketsEnsuring adherence to SLA, quality standards and practicesBuild and demonstrate competency in BY product and supply chain domainContinuously improving solution stability by early detection and resolution, as well as outflow and recurrence prevention of incidentsCollaborate with cross functional teams including Product Development, Consulting and Cloud services to deliver high quality to customersAdd value by developing knowledge article as well as working on operational improvementsKnowledge and Skills BY is looking for:Essential:3+ years of experience in supply chain industry, with strong business knowledge of the overall planning processesStrong analytical/problem solving skills, ability to provide alternatives, root cause analysis, testing skills and ability to make thoughtful proposalsMust have effective oral and written communications skills in English and the ability to work successfully with internal and external stakeholdersGood to have:Experience in product supportKnowledge of BY supply planning solutions (Enterprise Supply Planning)Basic understanding of relational databases conceptBasic understanding of modern IT concepts including cloud computing (for example Azure)Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL knowledgeKnowledge of UNIX / Azure environmentAny other European language is a strong plusOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
