Rebates Finance Analyst

Summary Posted: Dec 22, 2023 Weekly Hours: 35 Role Number: 200527365 The rebates analyst role is responsible for supporting centralising the various partner rebate programs within EMEIA through understanding of complex rebate structures, preparing and building calculation files and close collaboration with GBS and local finance team to ensure the smooth process for the accurate calculation, approval and working with GBS for raising partner credits. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications At least 2 years experience within Finance, Operations or Sales desired. High intuition for business; ability to engage with all levels of the organisation for process improvement and solution development. Ability to provide insights and operate in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. Proven ability to translate business processes into interactive analytic solutions/reports. Leverage process improvement techniques to streamline process and technical solutions Detail oriented and self-motivated individual able to function effectively when working independently or in a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong written & verbal communication skills including, business and functional requirements, management level presentations and proposals Strong ability to navigate through ambiguous situations and think outside of the box Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast paced environment. Ability and desire for continuous learning Description Description The responsibilities of this role include: Timely and accurate delivery of reports/data from Apple supported tools and systems. New creations/updates on reports to support new lines of business and new business rebate programs. Work closely with many Apple business units including Global Business Solutions (GBS), Sales and multiple local finance teams and other organizations in order to deliver key rebate deliverables in a timely manner and work towards long term automation of current manual processes. Find opportunities for process improvement, and think of and implement creative solutions around automating routine/repetitive tasks. Be a key component of successful implementation of sales and finance funded projects that deliver successful improvements to current business processes. Successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of the catalogue of reports and various rebate calculations tools produced by the team to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of information. Education & Experience Education & Experience Degree or MBA or equivalent experience in Finance, Mathematics, Commerce or related field.
