As a UX Researcher, you will play a key role in updating and enhancing our website content to provide an optimal user experience. This includes eliminating outdated material, resolving broken links and images, and implementing new web technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, attend project meetings, and contribute to the overall improvement of our online presence. Responsibilities:Update website content to eliminate outdated material and resolve broken links and images.Enhance the end-user experience by focusing on the look, feel, operation, user experience, and functionality of the website.Research and implement new web technologies and processes to stay current with industry trends.Design web page layout, graphics, animation, and functionality for both internal and external company web pages.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss technical requirements and project timelines.Ensure ease of use for websites by understanding web usability and accessibility issues.Test applications for functionality and conformity, resolving cross-browser and cross-platform issues.Create and deliver visually appealing and user-friendly web content, user interface graphics, icons, color schemes, and infrastructure.Work independently with general supervision, managing moderate to complex projects.Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.Apply functional knowledge regarding the department's skillset, policies, concepts, and requirements to the work required.Consult with Senior/Specialist staff members on technical issues when necessary.Qualifications:Proven experience in web design, user experience, and website content management.Possess a degree (or additional experience in a related field) and 3 years of functional experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a position-specific role.Proficiency in graphics design, animation, and functionality for web pages.Familiarity with web technologies and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex issues independently.Knowledge of web usability and accessibility principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work on moderate to complex projects using standard company policies and procedures.Find yourself checking a lot of these boxes but doubting whether you should apply?
