Operations Specialist with Italian skillsDescription -The Customer Service Representative/Operations Specialist works within a European, multicultural, and fast-moving business environment, supporting the HP Customers/ Partners and Sales Force, within the area of order fulfillment. He/ she is in a central order management team and has a wide variety of responsibilities:Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues (backlog accountability, financial & revenue management, communication & E2E coordination, escalation ownership) within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives;Able to work independently up to minimal supervision on the recurrent business topics;May act as a domain champion and initiate projects addressing business topics of moderate to high complexity;Able to understand complex cross-functional business topics and focus on resolution;Applies internal policies to ensure HP policies and audit requirements are met;Ensures the accuracy of the processes and tasks from the Supply Chain Customer Operations department;Delivers the requested tasks in due time;Education and Experience Required:First level university degree or equivalent experience;2-4 years of related experience (e.g., supply chain, customer service, procurement, financial management).Knowledge and Skills:Communication skills with ability to convey impact messages clearly (verbal, written and presentation) to internal and external peers and management.Mastery in English, Italian, and local language.Basic to medium Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);Dynamic and organized individual with a proven ability to efficiently handle a high volume of emails and adeptly prioritize tasks;Understanding of moderately complex internal operational issues.Developed problem-solving and analytical skills.Broad knowledge of the end-to-end process of sales operations.Developing knowledge of local legal compliance issues.Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.Ability to structure and apply developed organizational skills to manage daily operational issues.Job -Sales OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Romania)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
