Resource PlannerDescription -HP’s Print Software Platform and Solutions (PSPS) organization is transforming in order to successfully grow and execute at a global scale.  As a Resource Planner, you will play a critical role in PSPS by supporting the organization’s operational activities, particularly around resource management. You will develop and drive strategic direction, the development of processes and tools/frameworks to manage and maintain a comprehensive and accurate view of key details related to our most critical resources: our people. You will work across the entire L3 staff and People Managers in PSPS to forecast, track, manage, review, and coordinate HP headcount and contingent workforce activities.This is a very exciting time to be at HP as our services and solutions portfolio is growing and we need your help!   Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage a PSPS resource database:  Define and structure a resource tracking tool and process to enable consistent and accurate visibility of all people who work for our organization – particularly our contingent workforceUpload and manage resource data, ensure all data is accurate and that Managers are maintaining on a regular basisRegularly communicate with L3-L4 levels of the organizationLiaise with procurement partners, HR, and others on staffing changes, requests, supplier issues.Triage updates, regular reviews and cleanup, resolve questions and issues related to our headcount, resourcesResource planning and modeling at the L4-L2 levels:Ensure visibility and accuracy of HP resources to enable effective financial spend forecasting by L3/L4.   Includes current staffing, planned additions geolocation shifts, planned/known attrition, open reqs, intern hiring/conversions, and hiring, relocation and work visa spendData loads, communication of updates required, ensure execution of manager reviews, triage updates, determine resolution for issuesFacilitate/track system changes (CC, location, etc)Coordinate reconciliation and system clean-up of all PSPS CWs. Facilitate/track system changes (CC, supervisor, location, rate negotiations, etc) and ensure clean-up terminated CW profiles, credentials, access.Facilitate special projects, requests, or exercises as needed (supplier/contractor exits, PO contract renewals, temporary suspensions, etc.)Set up tracking tool, process and plan. Set up and manage exception process.  Send out communications to drive process compliance.  Compute savings (across PSPS) and provide exemption/non-exemption list to GIPEducation and Experience Required: Typically 6-10 years work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross business unit programs, including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.Understanding of HP’s  and PSPS’s processes and operational execution to enable immediate contribution to the broader PSPS  business planning team.Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including advanced negotiation, presentation, and influence skills; mastery in English and local language.Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, exercising independent judgment.Ability to orchestrate the development of strategic plans that reflect both HP’s and PSPS’s business strategy and translate these strategies into executable operational initiatives.Experience developing and maintaining KPIs to measure and track progress of initiatives toward achieving operational targets.Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead effectively in a complex environment and deliver results; able to influence without direct authority and to balance between competing priorities by being flexible and creative.Experience designing and developing project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.Job -Business PlanningSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (India)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
